Holiday Shipping: 

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and pack your order due to high volume during our Holiday Sale. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Holiday Shipping Cost

For shipping over $10, Mediflow will subsidize 50% of the shipping up to $13 per order.

 

Shipped From Canada.

Orders are usually shipped out the next business day by FedEx Ground and are delivered in approximately 2-7 business days. Be sure to provide the correct shipping address, as errors will cause a delay. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. On occasion we may ship your package via Canada Post.

Shipping Costs: 

50% of your shipping costs have been subsidized by Mediflow. Exact shipping charges will be determined at checkout prior to adding payment information.

Incorrect Address/Package Returned to Mediflow: 

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your order is return to Mediflow, you will be charged the full price of shipping (non subsidized) to re-ship your order.  

PO BOX ADDRESS

Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you include a PO Box Address, we will hold your order until a street address is provided. To avoid any confusion, please do not include a PO Box with your address.
